To be physically fit is a big challenge for all of us. To stay fit, it requires sacrifices of one thing for the other. First of all, one must be consistent and determined. You do not have to hurry the results while working out. Be patient. Make some scheduling and follow your fitness plan. Make an exercise routine at least thrice a week every morning. Do not do things you still canÔÇÖt. Start from the bottom. You can walk/run around the block for 15-30 minutes a day or you can try lifting heavy objects at your house. You should also set your goals to achieve the body fitness you wish. Visualize the new you in any time in the future. Aim for the highest but with the least effort. Do not push yourself to your limit. Find a buddy to work out with. Not just anyone around the neighborhood; but someone who is consistent, encouraging, and determined to stay fit just like you. Both of you must have the same goals and he/she should be your ÔÇ£realÔÇØ buddy who you are comfortable with. Enjoy what you do. If you are happy and willing to stay fit, you will be more than successful. Get some inspiration from the things around you. Think of someone or something that you can use as an inspiration. It can be your ÔÇ£crushÔÇØ who you hope, sooner or later will get attracted to you, too, after seeing your great changes. But remember that you do this fitness training for yourself alone; a reward and a confidence booster for your being. Try working out with music. While enjoying the music, you also enjoy the exercise and it helps you perform more workouts. Run or walk around the block with your sunglasses (if itÔÇÖs summer), sun visor, watch (for time monitoring), and music player. If you are at home, turn on the radio for the groovy ambiance while you are working out. Body fitness exercises do not have to be always at the studio. You can perform them at home if you have no time to go to the gym. Try home exercises such as push-ups, leg workout, cardio workout (jumping jack), sit ups, and 1 ┬╝ squat (body weight exercise). There are also new gadgets that you can use to perform exercises such as Wii, Xbox360 and PlayStation. Body fitness training and work-outs come with the intake of the right amount of food. You can research or ask your doctor for the right food and nutrients you need to stay physically fit and healthy. You donÔÇÖt have to starve yourself to death just to maintain your shape. Physically fit body is a healthy and well-maintained one. Remember that water is the greatest therapy of them all. Rehydrate yourself with water every time you work out. Spices such as cinnamon, turmeric, garlic and onion are also good to include in your diet as they are good for weight loss. They help burn fats and they provide great protection from other diseases. Body fitness comes with self-discipline. If you want to see a good outcome, you have keep yourself from eating food that are not good for your health; or from doing things that will hinder you from continuing the workout. Check and update yourself about your progress. Remember, be consistent; do not rush things. Enjoy what you do even if it takes a longer time. You will still reach your goal as long as you are consistent.
