Pegs by White Pixels is a new critical thinking game based on the mathematical underpinnings of the classic puzzle peg solitaire.

Pegs starts out easy, then gets much harder. Color and shape are used to distinguish the odd/even categories of pegs. In the early levels you’ll discover how to clear nearby groups of pegs. You’ll get warnings when you jump pegs that will be needed later. You might see some hints when you get stuck. Peg Solitaire is the final level.

It’s all about critical thinking. Problem solving. Where to start. What to avoid. Appropriate subgoals. Kids have at it. Make some mistakes. Go back. Try again. It’s all good.
