Simple mileage is simple and amaing trips tracking app for tax deduction and expense reimbursement. It allows users to automatically tracks trips, calculates mileage, expenses, and sends you regular reports. Users can rack any number of vehicles, up to 40 trips per month.

You can manually log past trips by selecting departure/arrival locations, and the time of departure.

Vehicles

Multiple log books can be created with Vehicles. Each trip, or each segment of a trip, is logged using one vehicle. Your mileage is then aggregated for all vehicles. This allows you to easily distinguish mileage from your personal car and your company car. It also lets you separate trips for different clients or projects under different fiscal entities.
 

Mileage rates

Psngr bundles standard, non-taxable mileage rates in over 15 countries including the USA, UK, Canada and Australia. You can also add mileage rates to suit your specific needs.

Each mileage rate is identified by a unique hashtag that can be assigned to one or several vehicles. You can expense a trip by using a specific mileage rate. Tag the trip with the hashtag.

Reports

Based on the rules you set up in the app, reports are automatically generated and sent via email. The app allows you to review your reports and send them for reimbursement. You can also export them to PDF or XLS.
 

Public Transport

Pre-plan your first trip when tracking public transport trips. This will allow you to tell Psngr which lines you use to get to A from B. To start a new trip, tap the "+" button at the top of the screen. Select your destination and then choose Public Transport to plan the route. To start your trip, log in. Psngr will match transit lines when you repeat the same trip from A-B.

Notification about Battery Use

The GPS technology used by Psngr to track your location is used in the background. To ensure that Psngr runs smoothly, we have tested all Android devices extensively. Keep in mind, however, that GPS usage can drastically reduce battery life.
